On the sunny side of the Planet lives the Old Dreammaker, so old it is said that he was old when the moon and stars were young. He lives in a magical Mansion on a hill in the centre of a small town. The town and countryside around are populated by a small, industrious people known as the Noops. The Dreammaker is assisted in his work by Rufus the Noop and his friend Amberley together with the Dreammaker's watchdog fish Albert.
